This is Stella posing with Jeremy. She is our faithful worker who does all our laundry (2x/week), ironing, cleans the house, does our market shopping, language linguist and generally keeps everything under control. She works approx. 40 hours a week, and has worked for the family that owns this home for about 20 years. She is a really hard worker and dependable. Stella's set wage is P35/hour which is less than a dollar per hour.
Some of our laundry. It is quite an art around here to hang everything up individually with space in between to keep them from getting a sour smell to them. After drying, Stella either folds it, or most of it gets ironed. I told the kids to enjoy the perfectly ironed and folded clothes because it won't happen once we get home! The best I can do is get it out of the dryer before it's wrinkled. :) The part I like the most is the clean bathrooms that I didn't have to clean!!

yup, doin d laundry, my mom did that too separating colored clothes and white, and they hang with spaces between...
laundry...its a new kind of art! lol!
