Yes, it is roast pig! Here it is called "lechon". It is a favorite here in the Philippines, and is served if there is a special party. Bevan & I were asked to teach at a Friday night care group (topic: raising teenagers), and this was supper! You should see them dig in - just going at it with a knife and fork, or your fingers. I wou;d have loved to be there to try that. Just think how many times you will have to go to the gym to work that off. But I am sure it was worth it.
